Welcome to ESenEM Yoga - Flagstaff & Scottsdale, Arizona
We offer a variety of heated and hot yoga classes that will strengthen your body, improve flexibility, balance and endurance. We like our music and we like it loud. Each class is set to music that will keep you motivated and energized.
For local residents with ID (to Flagstaff and Scottsdale) and students with ID, we offer the first 30 days for $45! (Not valid with other offers or discounts.)
We have two beautiful studios, in Flagstaff and Scottsdale offering a variety of hot yoga classes. Both have been built with the most advanced non-toxic materials. The studio flooring is specifically designed for a hot yoga environment with no off-gassing of potentially toxic compounds. The studios have been painted so there are no emissions of ethylene glycol or volatile organic compounds.
Class packages are valid at both studios and your purchased classes NEVER expire!

By the way, if you don't have a yoga t towel, we've got you covered. No charge EVER, but it's always first come, first served, so come early for your class. The studios also have charging stations and free WiFi.
We also have "Permission Blocks" which you place at the top of your mat and indicate to the instructor that you're open to an adjustment or assist, which is "hands-on" help from the instructor.
In case you're wondering, our name, ESenEM, is a play on our tagline: "Sweat and Movement" which you're sure to do during any of our classes.
Our studios have filtered water and ice dispensers, full shower service with everything you need (bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, lotion, hair ties, Q-tips and bags for wet clothes.)
We also believe in a clean studio, so the studio floor is disinfected after each class and our humidifier emits nothing but sterile water vapor.
If you can't make your class on time, don't worry. We'll always work you in. If you need to leave early, no worries. This is your practice and your time. If you can do 20 minutes of yoga, it's better than just driving by the studio.
Our goal is for this to be your best yoga experience!
Classes at ESenEM Yoga
ESenEM Hot 60
This is our classic hot yoga class. It is a set sequence, which means the sequence will be the same each time. A set sequence gives you the opportunity to really gauge how your practice is progressing. This class will improve your strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. We have created this sequence to be a balanced, full-body practice. This is a wonderful opportunity to improve and move deeply. The yoga studio is heated to about 98°-104°F with 60-70% humidity.
ESenEM Hot 70
This is a slightly different and slightly longer version of our classic ESenEM Hot 60. Like the Hot 60, it is a set sequence, which means the sequence will be the same each time. As with the Hot 60, a set sequence really gives you the opportunity to see the progress of your yoga practice. The yoga studio is heated to about 98°-104°F with 60-70% humidity.
ESenEM Hot Pilates
Mat Pilates is a pilates training practice that is done on a mat, meaning, no reformer is used. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groups and core strength. This class is 45 minutes and we will have some heat.
ESenEM Movement
Are you edgy? Adventurous? Like to try new things? This hot yoga class is for you! In this class each teacher will put together a unique sequence which will be different every time and will keep you on your toes. This class is an opportunity to explore yoga poses and modifications of a full yoga practice. You will move, play, experience, and maybe even learn some new skills. This class is heated to about 90°-95°F with 40-50% humidity.
ESenEM Carve
In this new offering, we combine our classic Hot 60 sequence with small props and weights to build strength and tone. The class is heated to about 90°-95°F with 40-50% humidity.
ESenEM Heated Deep Stretch
This 45 minute class is a great way to expand your current yoga practice!
Each class will be a little different as we explore the hundreds of stretches that will make you feel wonderful and improve all your physical activities.
ESenEM Yin Yoga
What is yin yoga? While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.

ESenEM Yoga - Here's Our Backstory
ESenEM Yoga Flagstaff
ESenEM Yoga was born in Flagstaff AZ in 2015, During our 7 years in operation at our previous
location we created a loving and welcoming community. We supported dozens of local organizations
and charities and have given back thousands of dollars (See Giving Back) We even survived 2 closures due to Covid!
Steve, our owner, has been involved in the Flagstaff community since 1997, has been practicing yoga since 1990 and is a full-time resident of Flagstaff,
Sadly, our corporate landlord Aspen Place at the Sawmill and Red Development chose to
terminate our lease at 320 S Regent St Ste 306 in Flagstaff in favor of a corporate franchise yoga studio with out-of-state owners.
Now, we are at our new and improved studio on Milton Road.
